Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. If you wish to pay by credit card, we use WorldPay to process your card payment.
We sell in GBP Pounds Sterling and all prices are displayed in this currency. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it and we have notified you that we accept your cancellation.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable from stock
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error
Shipping And Handling
Goods will be shipped to you via Special Delivery or registered Airmail. We aim to ship goods to you within 5 business days of receiving your order.
Delivery Schedule
We will deal with your order promptly. Orders will be despatched within 5 business days . Please allow 5-10 days to receive your order in the UK. International orders are generally received in 10-15 days.
Back Orders
We do not allow back orders. Some of our stock is limited edition or one-off, so we are unable to accept back orders. If an item has sold out and you wish to find out if the item will be available again, please email us at shop@brennan-and-burch.co.uk
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added. All other orders are VAT free and you should click the exempt button to reduce VAT to zero .
