Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalog, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept debit and credit card payment. When you pay by card, we use Paypal to process your card payment.
We sell in GBP Pounds Sterling and all prices are displayed in this currency. If you are shopping from North America or anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to US Dollars or your own currency.
Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the dispatch to you of the Products ordered, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it and we have notified you that we accept your cancellation.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
The product you ordered being unavailable
Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment
The identification of a pricing or product description error

Goods will be shipped to you via standard delivery or registered Airmail.
Delivery Schedule
We will deal with your order promptly. All goods are made to order and production takes 2-4 weeks. Shipping takes 1-2 weeks depending on your location. Back Orders
We do not allow back orders. Our stock is limited edition or one-off, so we are unable to accept back orders. If an item has sold out and you wish to find out if the item will be available again, please email us at shop@brennan-and-burch.co.uk

We do not charge VAT.

Your credit card will be securely processed using PayPal. You do not need to have a Paypal account to use this payment method, you can simply enter your debit/credit card details at the time of checkout. Returns Policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods, you can return them within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or for an exchange to a similar item if available.
In the unlikely event that the goods you receive are damaged or faulty, you are entitled to a full refund of item(s) costs and postage and packaging costs.
If you wish to return goods, you must send them by registered post. We cannot be responsible for any returns that are not sent by registered post.
We cannot accept any return of goods if they are used or soiled. We reserve the right to inspect the goods before a replacement or credit is issued.
